The cabins at Hangman's Guest were perfect for my 2 night stay- everything was clean, tidy and I loved the decor! Nicholette was very helpful even brought me an extra fan as my first night it got up to 90 degrees!! The lake is soo peaceful and sitting on the bridge over the little stream dr owned out EVERY thing...including the voices in my head and the passing traffic! I was up every morning with the sunrise- got some incredible pictures! i really appreciated the hot powerful shower and soft towels. The little town of Virginia City was super cute- fun shops and so much history!! I HIGHLY reccomend the Star Cafe AND Bakery!! Checkin and checkout was super easy! Grateful I had a hammock as it fit perfect on the porch! If im in the area again- I will definitely stay here again- it was a slice of heaven!!!

Fabulous Cabin for Glamping and rustic retreat. Our stay Hangmans Guest Ranch was perfect. The cabin was extremely clean and well fitted out. The bed was soft and the sheets were crisp , the hot water was very hot! The owner provided a small refrigerator and microwave and a single cup coffee maker. For our purposes, it was perfect, we only had to stop for cream at the Mercantile store in Virginia city. I highly recommend staying here. It was close and convenient to Ennis where we attended a wedding.The environment was calm, relaxing, and quiet. The cabin does not have air-conditioning, but in my opinion did not need it. We opened the windows that are all fully screened and turned on the ceiling fan. The temperature at night was amazing. We were here the first part of JulyWiFi is super fast and although our goal was to disconnect we did stream a show one night on our phone. Can’t recommend these little personal cabins highly enough!! We had a fantastic stay and will absolutely return.

I loved the cabin! The view of the lake was beautiful! And the surmounting, very peaceful. Our host was very proactive and helpful with hunting info in the area. I would definitely recommend staying here if you just want a little peace and quiet in a serene little area.

Perfect quiet, quaint cabin. Wonderful peaceful cowboy cabin on a private fishing pond right outside of Nevada & Virginia city. Hosts are super helpful and responsive. My wife and I could not have been more pleased. We will most certainly return.

Historic Montana. After a day of playing and sight seeing, very nice place to come back too and relax.

Conveniently located close to Virginia City and Nevada City but also far enough to be in your private space. Pond is a great relaxing spot. Will be back in the near future for sure!

Great little cabin. Was perfect for a short stay. The pond was beautiful at sunset and there were so many deer. 

Cute little cabin! Loved having the little pond for fishing! We would definitely stay there again!
